I received my quilt swap!

The EB Quilter's group has organised a doll or teddy quilt swap and I'm so happy to have received mine today - a gorgeous teddy quilt for Jai made by Joy! She keeps trying to tell us she's a beginner but hard to believe when you see the quilts she makes ;) Along with the quilt Joy also made a cute little matching pillow, just the perfect size for a little ted.

Jai was so excited when he opened the parcel and quickly exclaimed " oh a quilt for me"! How cute, but I soon pointed out it was for his teddy which he ran off to get after quickly showing off his new treasure to Daddy. Here's some photos:

Thank you so much Joy, this is truly an amazing teddy quilt and one which Jai will treasure for many years.

So glad you both liked it Natalie! I love that second pic with him snuggling the quilt and bear and such a gorgeous smile! Makes all the work worthwile. Austy already had a go at picking up the lady bug (just like Jai did) so I hope I stitched it on well enough as I did try to make it toddler proof.
