Jordan's School Pants

Well I got sick of touring every department store trying to find plain navy blue pants in a size 7 for Jordan - apparantly they are harder to find than bananas under $10!! So I bought the cotton drill from SL about a month ago and finally had the time to sit down and make them. I used a "get creative sewing for boys" booklet pattern, which although was a bit lacking in good clear instructions, was good for the basic pattern. These have the 2 piece cargo leg look, front pockets and back pockets all enthusiastically modelled by Jordan. The photos were taken on his school zoo excursion and he wanted to wear his brand new pants (luckily I finished them the night before!)

What a cute little model!
Now I'll have to go and get some more fabric and make another couple of pairs!
