Finally a sewing related post!

I have been so spoilt by the lovely Ingrid, just look at all the goodies she sent me for the Op Shop Swap:
All bundled up

Gorgeous velvety moss green blanket with sweet embroidery and finshed off with a grosgrain ribbon, a sweet spring floral pillowcase, lovely blue and white fabrics, fabulous patterns and look at all those books!

Look at the buttons, I think the small blue ones are extra cute!

Thank you so much for everything Ingrid, I already have a few ideas and am stitching, I mean itching to get started!

I also cannot believe that I haven't gotten around to showing off the gorgeous items I bought from Retro Mummy too!
As soon as I saw the clothing sewing book I knew I HAD to have it! I love the tunic top style, pretty cotton dresses and sweet skirts - I just hope the drawn instructions are enough for me to go by. I have no idea what I'm going to do with the "cheeky monkey" fabric, it was just so cute I HAD to buy it to make it into something for Jai as I'm always calling him my "cheeky little monkey". The lovely floral linen fabric is just begging to be made into a bag, I'm thinking either a cute clutch or wristlet. Thank you so much Corrie for including the extras too, beads in my absolute favourite colour and too cute owl print stickers too.

Now all I need is the link to the shop that sells hours, I need a few more in the day lately!

What a great swap from Ingrid there. I love the green blanket, it looks like something I would love to cuddle up in winter with.
