A Taggie Blanket

Here's a taggie blanket I made for my friend's new little baby girl, Wynter Lilly. I got the polar fleece from SL, I love the cute little ballet slipper embroidery on it, so sweet. I then bought up on matching ribbons and spent about an hour arranging them properly when I got home. I have been wanting to try one of these for awhile now, so I'm glad it all worked out really well - I even have an order for another one exactly the same!

Here's some photos:

There is another ribbon tag at the top, must be folded under lol!

I think I'll make more of these in the future. They are really simple, but look great and a bit different to what you can buy in the shops.

I agree they are a great gift, I have made lots now. It looks quite big, what are the dimensions?

Andrea - I bought 75cm of the material and then cut it in half and sewed together. So I guess it is close to 75cm square. I wanted it to be big enough to be used as a cot blanket, tucked under when in the stroller or even as a nice play mat.
